Spire Realty Group Announces 23,796 Sq. Feet of Real Estate Activity in Mockingbird Towers

SPIRE REALTY GROUP ANNOUNCES 23,796 SQ FEET OF REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY IN MOCKINGBIRD TOWERS

             DALLAS — June 24, 2008 — Spire Realty Group, LP, a Dallas-based real estate investment and management company, has announced two new tenants and five renewals at its Mockingbird Towers development, totaling 4,852 square feet of new leases and 18,944 square feet of renewals. 

The newest Mockingbird Towers tenants are Premiere Transportation, a limousine services company, who will occupy 3,671 square feet, and Jeffrey Wallace, a title company, taking 1,181 square feet. 

Additionally, two of Mockingbird Towers’ largest tenants recently renewed their leases: Integra Solutions/Quorum (5,978 square feet) and GAB Robins (5,137 square feet).   Four other tenants (United Auto Credit Corp., Epic Medstaff, Carestaf of Dallas, L.P., Advantage Nursing) have also renewed their leases within the past two months for a combined 7,829 square feet.

Mockingbird Towers is located at IH-35 and Mockingbird Lane along the Stemmons Corridor in Dallas. The 12-story buildings are part of the Spire Realty Group office development portfolio which includes Park Stemmons, also along the Stemmons Corridor, and Bryan Tower in downtown Dallas.
