Ping Liu, CPA
Ping Liu is our newest team member. She serves as Controller in our Accounting Department. Ping is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department; analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports; and establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. She has 22 years of real estate accounting experience having worked on Single and Multifamily Units to Commercial Real Estate properties. Ping holds an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University, and an MS in Accounting from UTD.
