Spire is a privately-held commercial real estate company that has provided commercial real estate solutions since 1989. Today, Spire offers property management, project management, and investment advisory services. Our comprehensive, creative approach to real estate has become the hallmark of our success. “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” – Henry Ford

Our culture encourages individuality and accountability but demands collaboration above all else.

Jack

Minter

Strategy Manager

Jack Minter, assists in developing, implementing and executing multiple acquisition strategies of the company.

Minter joined SPIRE in 2018. With more than 40 years of Commercial Real Estate related capital markets experience, he has been responsible, as the lead and/or as a team member of in excess of $30 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, as the capital markets coordinator of three international firms, he has both deep relationships with all capital markets professionals and deep knowledge of markets for properties in the United States.

During Minter’s career, he has worn many hats through many real estate cycles. While the majority of his time was spent on selling office buildings in the United States, he also coordinated the capital markets businesses for three international commercial real estate firms. Those responsibilities included developing teams across the Americas in all product types including debt and equity capabilities. He has been an investor in multiple projects and has started a FinTech firm for commercial real estate.

He graduated from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas and is a CPA and licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.

I want to commend your entire team on the excellent service that was provided to my very valued client, Farm Credit Administration/FCS Building Association (Rick Albrecht).
